Please accept this letter as an expression of appreciation for the services provided to me by Dave LaCivita. Mr. LaCivita worked this fall with my son and I to find a condo in the Quincy area. He was successful in locating a property that met our needs and we closed on December 21, 2021.

Dave was diligent throughout the process. He was working with two people – one who lives in Quincy and one who lives in Alaska. He did not, however, blink at the challenge. He kept both of us fully informed and met with me via telephone and zoom. He was quick to determine what both of us were seeking and was very efficient at finding units to look at. While there are many factors involved in finding the right unit to buy, the efficiency and effort of the realtor are right at the top of the list. We started looking in October and closed in December on a property located at 22 Roosevelt Rd in Quincy.

I was very impressed at Dave’s understanding of the process and can truly say that he led us through it from beginning to end. I knew that I could contact him with any question and that he would quickly respond. I believe that he cared about us as clients and as people. He guided us through the process with information about next steps and he stayed with us right through closing even though his work was technically done.

Dave was able to recommend other professionals who were essential to the process and they were all highly competent. His communication skills are excellent and his personable nature put me at ease immediately. He was able to provide clear information via writing, which was much appreciated.

I cannot think of any way that Mr. LaCivita could have improved this experience. He is a talented and dedicated realtor – a realtor for life in the sense that he will be my go to person if I sell or buy any additional properties in the Boston area. Dave is an incredible representative for SUCCESS! Real Estate and it has been my pleasure to work with him from start to finish.
