Salesperson's License Requirements: You must be 18 yrs old and of good moral character. You must complete our state certified 26 hour, 13 two hour module salesperson's license course and pass the state exam. Tuition:$269 includes the "Very Best Textbook" available in Mass, License Law and Regulations Handbook, Candidate Handbook & Education Certification. Broker's License Requirements: You must first be a licensed salesperson. You must also have been currently, actively associated with a real estate broker for a minimum of 1 year. You must complete our state certified 32 hour, 16 two hour module real estate broker's license course and pass the state examination. Tuition:$329 includes the "Very Best Textbook" available for the state exam, MA. License Law and Regulations handbook and Education Certification! Exam Information: The Massachusetts State exams for the salesperson's or brokers are held every Tuesday - Saturday. You will take your exam and receive your real estate license that day at the state testing center! The cost to take the salesperson's state exam is $98 and $110 for the broker's exam. The State exam is a multiple choice exam. The general section has 80 questions, and the state section has 35 questions. The passing score is 70%.
